Program Details:
This summer, the MPRB (Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board), we will be offering several bike programs for girls, boys, and adults at various locations across the city.
Programs will provide riders with an opportunity to learn new bike skills, make new friends, and explore natural spaces within our amazing city.
The focus of these programs isn’t on racing or competition. The focus is on fun, skill building, and camaraderie that will help improve their confidence on two wheels. Time will be spent riding at the Lake Nokomis skills park and on paved and natural surface trails so riders can gain experience on a variety of terrain.
Participants must be able to ride a two wheeled bike on their own prior to this offering. Ride destinations will be communicated with parents before the start of each practice.
